After upgrading your home’s energy efficiency with Indow inserts, save your invoice, receipt, and a copy of the Manufacturer’s Certification Statement (which we will provide for you). You’ll need these documents when you file your tax returns to take advantage of this tax credit. If you have any questions about how to file or if you qualify, we recommend meeting with a tax professional.
To claim the tax credits on your 2023 tax return, your inserts must be shipped by December 28th, 2023. Because of winter production lead times, we recommend that you order your inserts by November 13, 2023. Inserts shipped after 12/28/2023 are eligible to be applied to your 2024 tax return
